About

Picture Book Parents is an online space for caregivers of young children to search for books on issues that may need discussion within their families—issues such as bullying, death, divorce, emotions and toileting. Our book lists and reviews aim to provide parents with a clear sense of a picture book’s content and tone, so that parents can make an informed choice when selecting books for their children. We’re parents ourselves and enjoy recommending books that are nurturing and that foster connection between parent and child. We hope you enjoy reading our reviews. We’d love to see your comments about picture books you’ve enjoyed in the comments section at the end of Review pages. Happy reading!
